Code of Conduct
- All students are expected to adhere to a high standard of conduct both on and off-campus.
- Respect for fellow students, faculty, staff, and visitors is mandatory at all times.
- Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
- Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the institute.
Attendance
- 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in final project, presentation and exam. In case of less than 75% attendance Finals will not be allowed. To continue the subject student has to pay fee according to the credit hours of the respective subject.
- Regular attendance is crucial for academic success.
- Students are required to attend all classes, labs, and scheduled activities unless excused for valid reasons.
- Absences must be reported to the institute as soon as possible, and arrangements should be made to make up missed coursework.
Academic Integrity
- Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
- All work submitted by students must be their own original work, properly cited where necessary.
- Violations of academic integrity will result in disciplinary action, which may include failing grades, academic probation, or expulsion.
Dress Code
- Students are expected to dress in a manner that is professional and appropriate for an educational environment.
- Revealing or offensive clothing is not permitted on campus.
- Students should adhere to any specific dress code requirements for labs, clinical rotations, or other practical training activities.
- Student Card is mandatory inside the campus. Without student card 500/- fine will be charged.
Financial Obligations
- Once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded, transferred or adjusted in any other account. If a student leaves the course in mid-term, he/she will be liable to pay the balance of fee for the whole course.
- Students are responsible for paying tuition fees and other charges by the specified due dates.
- Failure to fulfill financial obligations may result in late fees, holds on academic records, or dismissal from the institute.
- Payment plans and financial aid options are available for eligible students.
- If any student didn’t appear consecutive 2 months in Finals for the same course. Student have to pay full fee of that course and have to complete course work from start.
Updates & Amendments
- These rules and policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated or amended as needed.
- Students will be notified of any changes to the rules and policies in a timely manner.
By enrolling at Career Training Institute, students agree to comply with all rules and policies outlined above. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
